Cookie Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

This policy explains how londonconferencevenue.co.uk uses cookies and similar technologies, as required by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and UK GDPR. It replaces our previous cookie policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device. Similar technologies include local storage and scripts that read information from your device. We use “cookies” in this policy to cover all of them.

2. The short version

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics or tracking cookies on this website. Ordinary visitors browsing our pages do not receive any cookies from us. Because of this, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

If we ever add cookies that are not strictly necessary, such as analytics, we will ask for your consent before setting them and update this policy.

3. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies do not need your consent under PECR.

4. Our venue search

The venue search on our website is provided by our booking platform partner, VenueDirectory (MyEventsPortal). Their search box loads from their servers so that you can search venues. When you press Search, you are taken to our venue portal on their website, which uses its own cookies and asks for your consent where needed. Please see the cookie and privacy notices on that site.

5. Website fonts

Our pages use typefaces from Google Fonts. To display them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. Google Fonts does not set cookies. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Guidance for common browsers is available at ico.org.uk/for-the-public/online/cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies only affects our staff sign-in, not your use of the public website.
